RocNavCom is compiling a booklet about Rockport for the sailors to make their port visit more enjoyable. All businesses are encouraged to take part by offering discounts or free items with purchase. They can be offered for the entire weekend, for a day or a specific time period. No coupons will be used; the sailors will show their military identification when not in uniform.
